If our Pumpin’ Comfort Accessory Kit did not meet your expectations and you would like to return the entire Kit for a refund, request a Return Authorization Shipping Label by emailing: returns@pumpinpal.com. Include your Pumpin’ Pal internet order number when requesting a Return Authorization Shipping Label. Ship all products contained in the Kit to Pumpin’ Pal. No refunds for partial returns. Return request must be received within 30 days of purchase and all returned products must be received within 45 days from date of purchase.
